Hello Linda,

How beautiful, seeing the beauty and magnificence of this existence in the small and the fragile. Your words express that connectedness so well. The one Consciousness manifests as our parents, a little bird, we are always connected to the source through love.

Thanks for your gracious presence here my friend.

Love and blessings to you!

Hello Mark,

I like your vase analogy to describe how we need the polarities in life to affirm what it is that we want to create. It is only when we experience non-peace that we appreciate and long for peace.

Thanks for your wise words.

Deep peace to you!

Oh, Miruh, I love reading your thoughts. I am always reminded of the simplicity with which we can live, but too often forget as the world rushes us down the path.
I sit here tonight feeling the presence of my Mom and Dad in the little baby birds who have just taken wing and who are visiting outside the window. So small and fragile, yet so strong! We are connected and all is filled with Peace.

Beautiful post! Emptiness is what creates all there is. Without emptiness we would not have form, as in a vase, it is the emptiness which creates the vase.

Hello Marion,

To be the witness is like explaining how to walk; it is what we naturally do but try explaining the mechanics of it? Many of us are too distracted to notice the witness and sometimes an exercise can trigger that awareness.

Thanks for your kind words my friend!

Deep peace to you!

Hello Merging Point,

As you say, words are limiting to express that which can only be experienced through the power of Grace.

Thanks for your beautiful presence here!

"if we mentally step back in a stance of watching our world, seeing the parts of our body that are visible in our peripheral vision, we can more easefully have the experience of being the witness." You've explained how to do this well...this standing back or on the sidelines, watching and being. Well done, Miruh! I only know how to do it; the thought of explaining any of this to anybody is beyond me...

It is Full and Empty for the words sake. Grace, it is, to experience and express it so well too.
Miruh, loved the expression in bringing in the importance of remaining a witness to experience the power of "Nothingness". very well explained.
