Oh, Miruh, I love reading your thoughts. I am always reminded of the simplicity with which we can live, but too often forget as the world rushes us down the path.
I sit here tonight feeling the presence of my Mom and Dad in the little baby birds who have just taken wing and who are visiting outside the window. So small and fragile, yet so strong! We are connected and all is filled with Peace.

Beautiful post! Emptiness is what creates all there is. Without emptiness we would not have form, as in a vase, it is the emptiness which creates the vase.

To be the witness is like explaining how to walk; it is what we naturally do but try explaining the mechanics of it? Many of us are too distracted to notice the witness and sometimes an exercise can trigger that awareness.

“if we mentally step back in a stance of watching our world, seeing the parts of our body that are visible in our peripheral vision, we can more easefully have the experience of being the witness.” You’ve explained how to do this well…this standing back or on the sidelines, watching and being. Well done, Miruh! I only know how to do it; the thought of explaining any of this to anybody is beyond me…
