I also found that part of the story about the girl being created first, quite interesting. There are also some tribes that were matriarchies in the Northwest, which is also fascinating to me. As we are gradually able to recognize the mind for what it is, all illusions of separation also fall away. I like the storytelling technique of Native Americans and the fact that we can find so much truth in discovering the reasons we exist. We are all so complex, yet vulnerable and if we dissolve the ego then we would be able to feel more in alignment with our true nature. "We are living from that space which is of peace, joy and clarity. It takes constant practice, but when we recognize that this is our main purpose in life, that everything that happens is for the polishing of this gem of understanding, then life no longer feels like a drag, but a play of consciousness, and we are the players until the last curtain call!" Some human beings might view this as a tall order? And yet, just because someone outside or ego within the mind tries to convince you what is not possible, this does not mean you do not transcend it. Each person sorts out what is unnecessary in order to uncover what is.
